Administrative Coordinator
Selena is a valued member of the LMCC team, supporting a wide range of operational and funding initiatives. She assists with preparing applications, grant proposals, and budget requests for programming needs such as materials, furniture, and equipment. With more than ten years of experience in early childhood education, Selena brings both hands-on and administrative expertise to her role. She is a certified Early Childhood Educator and a licensed bus driver, allowing her to contribute a unique and well-rounded perspective to LMCC’s work.
Outside of work, Selena is actively involved in her community through her role as a scorekeeper for a hockey organization. She enjoys travelling and exploring new places during her time off.
Lead Designer & Technology Specialist
Dirk brings his expertise in technology, design, and project management to LMCC’s diverse portfolio of childcare initiatives. He leads the creative development of design projects, supports grant applications, and oversees IT systems to keep operations running seamlessly. With a sharp eye for detail and a solutions-oriented approach, Dirk helps transform ideas into functional and well-designed spaces.
Senior Childcare Consultant
With over 20 years of experience in the childcare field, Chelsea is passionate about creating high quality spaces where children and families can thrive. At LMCC, she wears many hats, supporting the team, collaborating with clients, and stepping in wherever she is needed to keep projects on track.
Outside of work, Chelsea loves spending time with her husband and their four children. You will often find them at the ball field cheering the kids on. She is also an avid reader and an active member of her community, serving on both school PACs, the local baseball board, and the board of directors for Max’inux Childcare Society.
